Maintaining your Compressor
There are two types of compressors: oiless and lubricated. I will break them both down for all readers.
Oiless compressors are very low maintainence. Manufactures suggest you change you filter once a year. However, depending on your machine manufacturers suggestions vary. Some compressors have intake filters, moisture seperaters, and biological filters.

Lubricated Compressors:

Monthly Maintenance-

Manufactures suggest you check oil levels once a month.

Yearly you should replace-

Ultra-air coalescing Filter element and O-ring

Oil (on lubricated model)

Fresh Air Intake Filter (s)

I hope this was helpful!

Preventative Maintenance for Your Processor
NORMAL MONTHLY MAINTENCE FOR PROCESSORS

Turn power switch OFF, thoroughly clean the processor racks by using some type of fixer rack and developer rack cleaning solutions. We recommend Sigma Cleaning solutions. Drain solutions from the trays. Remove, rinse and scrub trays.
Units with auto replenishment ONLY: Rinse replenisher tanks and fill halfway with warm water. Flush pumps with
warm water by turning the control box off, waiting ten seconds and turning back on. Repeat several times and let
the pumps draw air by removing the hose from the tanks. Leave on until the water is purged from the pump.
Discard excess water from the replenisher tanks and then re-install the tanks.
Refill the tanks with fresh chemistry.
Remove the dryer rack assembly and clean in the same manner as the other racks.
Lubricate the main drive assembly as indicated in the manual.
To resume operations, turn power switch ON.
